Casa Calci has a large area with log fire and magnificent views of the olive groves and hills provides spacious comfort in tranquil surroundings.

There is a small selection of guidebooks, maps and fiction for you to enjoy and the small CD/DVD selection will help improve your Italian on the portable TV and DVD player provided for your use.

There is no land line telephone but there is a good signal for mobiles despite the landscape.

The large sofa can be converted into a double bed to make a total sleeping capacity of six.

The fully equipped kitchen area at Casa Calci has a dishwasher, gas hob and oven. Integral fridge/freezer, microwave.

Dining Area

This area provides ample storage for food and crockery and provides for 6 adults.

Bedroom One

Double bedroom with small courtyard off through shuttered glazed double doors. This provides a quiet area which is partially shaded should the temperatures on the terrace area prove too intense.

Bedroom Two

Twin bedroom with further put-you-up bed to increase the sleeping capacity of this bedroom to three.

Roof Terrace

Access via stone staircase and glazed feature leads to

the spacious roof terrace here at Casa Calci with a barbeque, dining area and sunbeds provided under the shade of the Mediterranean plants automatically watered twice daily with a timed irrigation system.
