Weekly rentals commence from £300, or €450 or US$600 (low season)  Full details on application.  Prices quoted are for four persons per week (Saturday to Saturday) or part thereof. The charge for a fifth and sixth person is £50 per week per person. There is no charge for one child under the age of three years with four adults.

Prices include all linen, electricity, gas and gas central heating.  Should you wish to use the wood fire, payment for wood should be made separately.

Payment: in sterling, US dollars or Euros. 30% of the total rental on registration, the balance 8 weeks before visit.

If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement date, then the whole payment is due on registration.

Visitors outside of Europe will need to pay the full amount on registration.

Personal Insurance and Cancellation Cover: We strongly recommend that you take out personal insurance at the time of booking to include cancellation cover. If you visit is cancelled more than 8 weeks before it is due to begin, and we are able to re-let, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before, the deposit is non-refundable.

Breakages: Any damages to the property or breakages must be reported before leaving. An invoice for repairs and replacements will be sent to you separately for payment.  An inventory check list is available in the property.

Any problems arising during your stay should be reported directly to us (telephone number below). Please do not arrive before 3.00pm. Please leave the house in a clean and orderly state when you leave.
